Singing @ school

Last week before Fel left for boards we got to go to Bella's class for a singalong.  It was a lot of fun to see Bella and Felipe in their element.  

After Fel left for boards things got a little less fun.  B caught a GI bug and has been waking up between 4 and 5 am - ugh!  One time she erupted from the top end, the other the bottom.  Luckily she seems to be handling things well, we can still tease a smile and a giggle out of her.

GG moved in this week and has been a lifesaver!  What a blessing.

I also started back to work this week.  It's gone much better than I anticipated.  It's nice to have the half day out of the house to act like an adult and then the afternoon to be a momma.

Snow day

Not officially a snow day, but creche was closed today for Parent-Teacher conferences (which we skipped.)  Today was also my first day home with 2 kiddos all by myself.  It was an adventure, amen for naps that sync up.

Happy Valentine's + 28 months!

This girl is growing into such a sweet little lady!  She loves her pink milk, new Hello Kitty snow boots, chocolate, pretzels, going to the library, and Peter Rabbit.  Dislikes are whenever we make her do things (her nickname at school is Miss Independent!)  Think she gets this from her momma?

This little guy is growing so fast!  He's starting to smile and I finally got one on camera.  Such a sweetie.

1 month

Can't believe this little man is already a month old.  He's very peaceful, but noisy!  He makes all these cute little quacking noises.  He's growing very fast and is already 9 pounds.

Checking in. . . .

The past week has been a total blur of sleepless nights.  Leo is a great sleeper until about 2 or 3 am and then he just wants to snuggle (who doesn't love to snuggle?)  Unfortunately, I haven't figured out how to snuggle and sleep at the same time.

This past week I've done a TON of online shopping getting geared up to go back to work.  Oops!

I also got to try several new recipes.  Kinda nice to be home in the afternoon and have time to prepare a meal.  Though I'm guessing the novelty does wear off after a bit??
